It is not that the money is considerably, as opposed to going into a film, if I had been to play like 4-6hrs a month, the money would be worth it. My difficulty is the fact that it makes me feel that I'm losing something if I do not play for a week or if I don't find where to buy osrs gold some time to play a day. What annoys me a bit is that RuneScape with microtransactions such as RS has a direct incentive. The more you want to achieve a 99/120 and the longer you put into RuneScape, the more likely you should spend extra on in.
The freaking grindy nature of RuneScape. Sometimes it feels like the whole point of RuneScape would be to grind to get a level so you can grind to find a different one so then you can grind to farm a creature for gp and so on. Is this the fun? Grinding and feeling that you make progress in an environment so much more structured than real life? Also, as playing RS is really much effort, I do find myself becoming cognitive dissonance (I really don't like doing a task, but I keep doing it because I really feel I've already spent time/effort/money into it and I'd be losing everything I stopped).
The fact that it's difficult to play it lightly. I feel RuneScape is designed to help keep me playing for hours and hours on end or, even worse, AFK while I am at work or performing different things. I personally find this kind if AFK multitasking really awful, because it makes me tired really fast (switching attention from a task to the next is particulary dull for individual beings) and it doesn't allow me to love and immerse in my other activities, such as work or chatting or viewing YouTube. So unless I AFK my way through, I must play a huge number of hours (at least) a month to make any substantial improvement in RuneScape.
I am conscious that this can be subjective experience I am talking about, but I am curious as to what do you guys think. I mean, can it be only a ordered more fun form of work that you pay to perform or is there something in RuneScape that's fun and enjoyable in itself (e.g. playing a certain minigame)?
RuneScape is the type of game where you need to create your own fun, nevertheless are surrounded by a great deal of individuals that want to push you to that how do i buy coin osrs things that are not fun and a lot of game design that pressures you to do chores, instead of have fun. Log in - slapped in the face with dailies. Can it be warbands, guthixian cache, raids, sinkholes, or whatever else - there's lots of stuff that lots of individuals feel pressured to do because they feel like it is"the" way to train.
