Duratia 90 mg is marketed as containing dapoxetine 90 mg, a short-acting SSRI used for premature ejaculation (PE). Some manufacturers list a 90 mg Duratia product, but this strength is above the standard recommended maximum dose for dapoxetine. For diagnosed PE, established clinical guidance recommends starting with 30 mg, taken approximately 1–3 hours before sexual activity. If 30 mg is insufficient and well tolerated, the dose may be increased to 60 mg. Dapoxetine should not be taken more than once every 24 hours.
