Tadaflo 5 mg contains tadalafil 5 mg, a medicine belonging to the PDE-5 inhibitor group. It is commonly prescribed for erectile dysfunction (ED) and, in some cases, symptoms of an enlarged prostate (benign prostatic hyperplasia or BPH). For erectile dysfunction, the 5 mg strength is often used as a once-daily dose, allowing greater spontaneity rather than requiring the medicine to be taken immediately before sexual activity. Tadalafil works by relaxing blood vessels and increasing blood flow. Sexual stimulation is still necessary for an erection to occur.
